Record low rates and printing of money brings Demand forward. ESG and the Green Wave makes it a lot harder to bring new supply online. Finally we are simply not finding as many high quality deposits as we used to. The end result is a very favorable Demand/Supply picture for commodity bulls which is pretty much set in stone.
