Roger Rosmus, Founder, CEO, & Director of Goliath Resources (TSX.V: GOT) (OTCQB: GOTRF), joins us to review the high-grade assay results from the recent Golden Gate Zone discovery, proximal to the feeder source, and an overall update on the exploration focus from this year’s 34,000 meter drill program at the Golddigger Property, located in the Golden Triangle of British Columbia.

We start off having Roger break down this drillhole # GD-23-197 in the newly discovered Golden Gate Zone which returned 9 meters (~true width) of 34.03 g/t AuEq or 1.09 oz/t AuEq (32.55 g/t Au and 65.71 g/t Ag) within 21 meters of 14.83 g/t AuEq (14.17 g/t Au and 29.13 g/t Ag); within 27 meters 11.60 g/t AuEq (11.07 g/t Au and 23 g/t Ag).   This Golden Gate Zone is hosted within the Hazelton-Volcanics 20 meters below the Bonanza Shear containing abundant visible gold mineralization.   Roger outlines that around 75% of the large mineral deposits in the Golden Triangle are hosted in the volcanic mineralization so this is going to be a major area of focus for follow-up drilling for next year’s exploration program.

Next we reviewed that there are still 115 more drill holes from this year’s exploration program to release to the market coming mainly from the expanding Surebet Zone in the sediments, the Bonanza Shear Zone at the contact zone of the sediments, and additional step-out regional targets 1-3kms around the Surbet Zone.   There will be plenty of drilling newsflow being released from the lab over the next few months, to continue defining the expanding the resources at the Golddigger Property.

We wrap up discussing the 4 newly discovered targets that have been identified in the recently staked claims on Goliath’s Cambria Icefields Claim Blocks, located between Surebet and the town of Stewart, B.C.  These earlier stage exploration targets are showing early signs of a strong mineralizing system at play and represent extremely prospective drilling targets for the 2024 season, and some of the channel cut assays are also pending release in the next few months. The mineralized zones in the northern portion of the Cambria Icefields show geologic indicators of an epithermal deposit, which could connect Treasure Island on the west with Metallica and Heavy Hitter on the east. Testing this hypothesis with the 2024 drilling campaign could result in high-grade epithermal-style mineralization over an area extending for more than 20 km.
